Warranty terms and conditions
We try to deliver to you our products without any flaws. However, we cannot completely avoid the claims of the delivered devices. In case such problems appear, we wish that you deal with them smoothly and without additional inconvenience. This is why we ask you to follow the below instructions:
- MAKOR Computer guarantees good operation of the equipment, for which the following warranty has been issued, provided that the equipment is used properly and according to the user's manual.
- MAKOR Computer ensures cost-free defects removal in all appliances made by MAKOR Computer, which fulfil the warranty terms and conditions.
- The warranty service is offered provided the original warranty card is filled and presented to the MAKOR Computer service along with the receipt and after checking the warranty card facts.
- The warranty service is valid 24 months and commences from the date of purchasing the equipment. The repairing period is valid 10 business days from the date of returning the equipment to the MAKOR Computer service place. In case the repair requires to import some parts from abroad, it may be extended up to 21 days. MAKOR Computer will not bear responsibility for any repair delay due to some accidents and disasters beyond the control of MAKOR Computer.
- The product should be returned to the MAKOR Computer service in adequate packaging. Any costs of secure transportation of the product to and from MAKOR Computer service is borne by the customer.
- The warranty does not cover the natural utilization of the elements, e.g. batteries, lamps, etc.
- The warranty will not apply in any of the following cases:
- the product and the receipt are inadequate or it is impossible to read the warranty card information,
- there are some changes on the warranty card, made by unauthorized persons,
- the original serial number is damaged,
- unauthorized users' modifications are indicated (warranty number is removed)
- defects due to cause beyond control like improper installation, accidents and disasters, improper use, dirt, radiation, damages, abnormal voltage, improper socket, etc.
- If during repair it is indicated that the defect results from the connection of the other defective equipment, improper software, viruses, etc., the product shall be returned to the customer who will cover the repair cost.
- The matters not regulated by those warranty rules are subject to Civil Code regulations.

- labour and spare parts costs

- after warranty period we ensure further professional support
Prior to returning the product to the service the customer is asked to inform about any defect and dial the above-mentioned phone number or mail at serwis@makor.pl. In case of failing to inform about the claim MAKOR Computer reserves the right to refuse warranty service.
